This policy applies to the current App Store version of Shift Pocket Calendar. The current version is designed for personal use and does not require account registration for core scheduling features.
2. Information Processed on Device
- Shift entries, templates, notes, reminder settings, and default hourly rate.
- Calendar export details needed to create an event in the system calendar when you request it.
- Notification schedule details needed to create local reminder alerts when you enable them.
3. How the App Uses This Information
- To let you create, edit, view, and organize personal work shifts.
- To estimate hours and pay based on the values you enter.
- To support local reminder notifications before a shift starts.
- To export a shift to the system calendar when you choose that action.
4. Data Collection and Sharing
The current version of Shift Pocket Calendar does not collect your shift data from the app to developer-operated servers for the core scheduling experience.
The current version is not designed to use third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs and does not require an account login for the main workflow.
5. Permissions
- Calendars: used only if you choose to export a shift to your system calendar.
- Notifications: used only if you enable local reminders for upcoming shifts.
6. Storage
The current version stores app data locally on your device to support a fast, simple, offline-first experience.
7. Your Choices
- You may choose not to grant calendar or notification permissions.
- You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
8. Changes to This Policy
If a future version adds cloud sync, analytics, account features, or other server-based processing, this policy will be updated before those changes are released.
